Dr. Or Peleg is an R&D executive and physicist with over 15 years of experience leading the development of complex electro-optical technologies. He specializes in taking multidisciplinary deep-tech products from fundamental research to full-scale commercialization. Dr. Peleg holds a Ph.D. in Physics, focusing on non-linear optics, from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Previously, he served as a Research Physicist at RealView Imaging and as a Project Manager at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.
